For the first time, Reeher users are able to access unique Reeher Community benchmark data directly in the Reeher Platform.
The Officer Benchmarks are designed to give gift officer managers and executives real-time evaluations of officer portfolios compared to the rest of the Reeher Community based on officer roles and peer groups. The benchmarks are predictive, showing metrics calculated over a rolling 12-month window, and are in addition to the existing Officer Goals data, which provide an evaluation of current performance. Officer Benchmarks are an extension of Reeher’s extensive community research in fundraising maturity models and officer talent management. Reeher has included benchmarks that their research show to be the most predictive to determine high performing organizations and long-term gift officer success.
