From Start to Finish: Implementing the Reeher Platform

When a customer joins the Reeher Community, they gain access to a powerful shared-management tool to help them answer important daily questions quickly and easily. Reeher’s Community Data as well as customized predictive modeling, front line tools, and benchmarks will help your advancement team set and meet fundraising goals. We wanted to give you a quick overview of the process our customers walk through before they start using the program.

Reeher Platform implementation takes from eight to 10 weeks. During this time, we work together with our customers to collect data, create custom predictive models, run a test period, and then celebrate the go-live.

Data Collection. During data collection, our analysts work with your team to organize your data into a secure feed for nightly transfer to Reeher. The Reeher Platform works with any donor database or CRM. Our customers report that data collection process takes about 40 hours, spread out over a two-week timeframe. Our analysts to review data as it comes in and provide feedback along the way.

Modeling. Once the data has been transferred and validated, we use it to build predictive models. Reeher’s predictive models are customized to each school we work with and are updated annually. This process takes one to two weeks.

Piloting. The pilot test phase typically lasts about two weeks and allows the customer to test the platform with their data. The Reeher implementation team works to make sure the data has been transferred correctly and trains designated staff members on system administration and usage.

Go-Live. Once testing is complete, it is time for go-live! Members of the Reeher implementation team travel to your campus to provide end-user training and meet with to review your institution’s priorities and create a plan to support you throughout your Reeher subscription.

After the Go-Live. Once your platform has been implemented and your team trained, you will continue to work with your assigned Reeher Customer Success team for questions, troubleshooting, quarterly management meetings, ongoing community trainings, conferences, and more.
