Are you dreading another long, intensive data integration project? Rest easy. Most Reeher Platform subscribers are up and running within eight weeks. The Reeher Platform pulls data from your existing donor database—there is no need to rip and replace. Our Customer Success team members have helped map data from nearly all the donor databases commonly used within the higher ed industry.
Week 1: Setup
Our Customer Care team works closely with your key stakeholders and data experts to set the stage for a successful implementation. We will gain a clear understanding of your organization’s unique structure and workflow.
Weeks 2 to 5: Data Integration, Custom Predictive Model Building
Our Customer Care team will guide you through a proven process for translating and mapping your data to the Reeher Platform through a secure nightly file transfer. With the secure connection to your existing infrastructure in place, we will begin building and tailoring the predictive models that reflect your institution’s specific situation, goals, and constituency. The resulting scores are then loaded and maintained in the Reeher Platform.
Weeks 6 to 7: Soft Launch and Testing
Once the data feed and predictive models are active, you select a group of real users to conduct live testing within the Platform.
Week 8: Go-Live Day
This launch day usually takes place on your campus with your team. In some cases, the go-live will be a virtual, web-based meeting.
