The Activity Center module allows officers to file contact reports quickly and follow up on tasks no matter where they are. With minimal data entry, automated reminders and the ability to link contact reports to multiple constituents and team members, Activity Center makes it easy to implement best practices around moves management.

Instead, they have easy-to-follow steps in Activity Center on what content to enter in each field. This creates better user adoption while giving managers better insight into the officers’ pipeline. Activity Center also provides reminders of any upcoming or overdue activities, giving a clear picture of what needs to get done now and in the immediate future. This all culminates with more consistent best practices and processes.

This short tenure often extends the average length between first-time visit to a prospect and major gift. In the event of a gift officer departure, Activity Center simplifies capturing prospect history and ensuring continuity when transferring prospects to other officers.

- Enhanced contact reports for more efficient tracking and review
- Emails can be sent to the Reeher Platform that are then automatically converted into the proper contact report fields for accurate and efficient input
- Proposals can now be entered and tracked within the Reeher Platform
- Group proposals can be indicated for better overall tracking purposes
- Related tasks, proposals and contact reports can be linked to existing reports for a complete picture of the fundraising initiatives with that prospect
- List or calendar view of the summary of all current and overdue contact reports, proposals, and tasks
- Tasks can be assigned as reminders for follow-up items
